Since 2015 Adan Village has invested into Einkorn Wheat (pictured is our first year of production when we started off with 200 decares)

Today we are proud to work with wholesellers and bakeries, and sharing our recipe for our home-made bread with fellow Einkorn Wheat enthusiasts who yearn from something more traditional that ties us back to our roots.

The quality of our wheat is aided by our commitment in using the most natural means of agriculture possible, which includes the organic certification our firm is currently undergoing, the alternation of crops with Soya to replenish the soil as well as the mulching of the stems and roots to enrich the land for the following year.

Since 2017 we now own our very own authentic stone mill with which we have gained more control over the quality of our final product.
